## mammisi Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with *mammisi*. We take great pride in the quality of our goods, but we understand that sometimes things happen during transit. Because our items are unique, we have a strict policy regarding damaged items to ensure we can process replacements or refunds as quickly as possible.
Damaged Goods Policy (48-Hour Window)
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must report it to us within *48 hours of delivery*.
 * *The Clock Starts:* The 48-hour window begins the moment the tracking carrier marks the package as "Delivered."
 * *What We Need From You:* To process your return or refund for a damaged item, please Dm us at *@mammisii* within those 48 hours with:
   1. Your *Order Number*.
   2. Clear *photos of the damaged item(s)*.
   3. Clear *photos of the shipping box/packaging* (this helps us file a claim with the carrier).
> *Note:* Unfortunately, if damaged goods are reported after the 48-hour window has passed, we cannot accept the return, offer a refund, or issue a replacement.

How Refunds & Replacements Work
Once we receive and review the photos of your damaged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
 * *Replacements:* If approved and the item is still in stock, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
 * *Refunds:* If the item is out of stock, or if you prefer a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within *[5-7] business days*.
### Change of Mind / Non-Damaged *Returns*
 * Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
 * You have *48 Hours* from the delivery date to request a standard return.
 * Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for non-damaged items.
