Who we are

mammisi is a children's clothing brand based in Cairo, Egypt. These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address — and if we do, you are charged nothing, or refunded in full if payment has already been taken.

Prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include any applicable tax. Delivery is LE 80 across Egypt, free on orders of LE 1,200 or more, and is always shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.

Products

We photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and cotton varies slightly between batches — small differences in shade or texture are a property of the fabric, not a fault. Measurements are taken by hand from the garment laid flat and are accurate to about a centimetre.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, cards (Visa and Mastercard), and InstaPay. Card payments are processed by Paymob; we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver with Bosta and JTL Xpress. Times and costs are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns

Covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 14 days to return or exchange an unworn, unwashed item with its tags on.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done using it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy its content for your own commercial use. The photographs, text, logo and designs on this site belong to mammisi and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Our liability

We stand behind what we make. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. These are consumer terms and nothing in them removes rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute.
