Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt at this time.
Cost
Delivery is a flat LE 80 on every order, anywhere in Egypt, whatever the size of the order.
How long it takes
Orders arrive within 2–3 days. The count starts from when you place the order, not from when it is dispatched. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next working day.
Who delivers
We ship with JTL Xpress. Once your order is picked up you will receive a tracking number by email, and you can follow it at business.jtlxpress.com.
Paying
You can pay cash on delivery, by Visa, or by InstaPay.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not at all, tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the courier. Send your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Approved claims get a free replacement where the size is in stock, or a full refund including shipping. Returns and exchanges are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
